Tasting notes:
Very intense red color. Aroma of plums, quince, with notes of spices and toast. On the palate it is balanced, with silky tannins and great body. Very long finish. EB, 4/2/2024
Vinification:
Manual selection berry by berry. Controlled fermentation at 24°C. Maceration for 10 days with 2 pump-overs and a punch-down daily. Aged for 8 months in French and American oak barrels.
