Tasting notes:
Pale yellow color. Aroma of fresh fruit, white plum, and pear, with notes of smoke and vanilla. On the palate, it is round, with significant volume and balanced acidity. Very prolonged finish. EB, 1/17/2024

Vinification:
Manual selection of grapes. Direct pressing without destemming, settling at 12°C, and 100% fermentation in French oak barrels. Aging for 9 months on lees. Natural stabilization without the use of clarifiers.
